Property and Cancellation Policies

Full Charge - Full Deposit - If cancelled within 1 days of arrival

Partial Charge - First Night Stay - If cancelled within 2 days of arrival



No Charge - If cancelled within 3 days of arrival

Check-in:

Check-in from 2 PM - midnight

Early check-in subject to availability

Early check-in is available for a fee (amount varies)

Late check-in subject to availability

Minimum check-in age - 18

Refundable Security Deposit of Minimum £50 required during Check - in

Check-out:

Check-out before 11 AM

Late check-out subject to availability

A late check-out fee will be charged

Payment:

The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorization on the credit/debit card for the first night to secure the booking. If the card has been declined, the hotel will try to contact the guest and reserves the right to cancel the booking if an alternative valid card is not provided. Full payment is required upon check-in.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged a minimum of £250. We kindly request you to respect the law and abstain from smoking in the hotel.
